Timbuctoo $1000 Voucher Giveaway

1. Promoter: Timbuctoo, Shop 6, 9 Morley Street, Toowong QLD 4066 ("the Promoter").
2. Promotion period: Entries open Wednesday 30th September 2026 and close Wednesday 14th October  ("the Promotion Period").
3. How to enter: Entry is free. During the Promotion Period, follow @timbuctooboutique on Instagram and tag one friend in the comments of the giveaway post. Each friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one additional entry. Tagged accounts must be genuine, active Instagram accounts belonging to a real person. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of Timbuctoo and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
5. The prize: One (1) Timbuctoo gift voucher to the value of $1000 AUD. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. The voucher must be used in accordance with Timbuctoo's standard gift voucher terms.
6. The draw: The winner will be chosen by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The draw will take place on 15th October at Shop 6, 9 Morley Street, Toowong QLD 4066.
7. Notification: The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and announced on Timbuctoo's Instagram within [e.g. 2 business days] of the draw. If the winner does not respond within [e.g. 7 days] of being notified, the prize may be redrawn.
8. Unclaimed prize: If the prize remains unclaimed, it will be redrawn within 3 months of the original draw date, in line with Queensland's requirements for free promotional games.
9. Personal information: Any personal information provided by the winner in order to receive the prize will be used only for that purpose and handled in accordance with Timbuctoo's privacy policy.
10. Instagram disclaimer: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.
11. General: The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if necessary, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.
